Contributions for The Tower are fully tax deductible in the U.S.  For Canadian Donors: As a resident of Canada — under Article XXI, paragraph 7 of the Canada– United States Income Tax Convention — charitable donations to TIP permit Canadian residents to claim such donations on Canadian tax returns as if they were donations to a Canadian registered charity, as long as such residents have income arising in the United States, including dividends on U.S. company shares or sales to U.S. customers. Per current regulations, claims for donations to U.S. charitable organizations are limited to 75% of U.S.-source income.
